Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
- Metro areas: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Regional and remote areas: often longer than metro delivery, depending on the destination and carrier routing.
Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delays can occur during peak periods or severe weather.
Shipping cost
- Flat rate shipping: $9.95 AUD per order.
- Free shipping on orders over $80.00 AUD.
Carriers
We ship with Australia Post and selected courier partners. The carrier for your order depends on destination, parcel size and service availability at the time of dispatch.
PO Boxes
We cannot deliver to a PO Box where our suppliers or carriers cannot ship to that address type. If your order cannot be delivered to a PO Box, please use a street address at checkout.
