What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact and shipping details you provide at checkout or on the contact form (name, email, phone, address).
- Order history, cart contents and related fulfilment notes.
- Technical data such as device/browser information and pages viewed, including via advertising pixels where enabled.
- Messages you send us by email or through the contact form.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Toto Toys never stores your full card details on our servers. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy and security practices.
Hosting and email
- Supabase hosts our application database and related backend services.
- Resend sends transactional and contact emails on our behalf (for example order confirmations and messages submitted through this site).
Advertising
We may use the Meta pixel to measure and improve advertising on Meta platforms. This can involve cookies or similar technologies that help us understand how ads perform and which pages are visited after someone interacts with our ads.
How we use information
We use personal information to process and ship orders, provide customer support, send order-related email, prevent fraud, and understand site and ad performance.
Requesting deletion
You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons (for example completed order records for a required retention period).
To request deletion, email hello@tototoys.com.au or use the contact form with the subject “Privacy deletion request”, and include the email address used on your order or enquiry.
